Arsenal vs Bournemouth
English Premier League – Season 2017/18
Date: Saturday, 9th September 2017
Kick-off at 3:00pm
Venue: Emirates Stadium, London.
The Gunners look to bounce back from a humiliating defeat as they host Bournemouth on Saturday evening.
The 4-0 loss to Liverpool is a reality check for Arsene Wenger. The made-shift back 3 system is simply not working for the team that has shipped in 9 goals in the space of three games. The midfield and attack is also to blame after failing to find the back of the net in back-to-back games against Stoke City and Liverpool.
The pressure is straight back on Wenger after the dropped points. And their title chances could soon diminish and will be soon down to mid-table contenders if more points are dropped in the month of September.
On the other hand, the Cherries are yet to open their account in the new Premier League season. They lost three on the bounce, but their latest performance against Manchester City was a tad encouraging. They were beaten 1-2, only denied by a late Sterling goal with seconds left on the clock.
Having said this, here is how we expect Wenger to lineup his side Howie’s men.
